Happy New Year!!!

1 / 1 / 15

Happy New Year everyone 🙂 I have a new domain name and I’ve started fresh for the new year!! Carla got me this domain for Christmas and I am so happy!! I love it 🙂 I still have the fractured-beauty.com domain but it’s just housing files right now until I move everything over. I wasn’t able to move the database over so all of my posts are gone but I did save all my uploads and pages in a text file so I got all of those switched over.

I’m going to a movie with my aunt tonight but I’m hoping to get some crafting done on my day off tomorrow. I started my parents anniversary cross stitch last week and I really like it so far. I have until May to finish it to get it framed in time but I think I can do it! Here is a picture of what it will look like when it’s done and what I have completed so far:

Everyone remember the kitties I did for my mom? Well I got it framed at Michaels and I LOVE the job they did on it and my mom really really liked it!! My dad hung it up a few days ago in the living room and I just LOVE having my work up!! I feel so proud.

Now I have so many crafts I need to finish in 2015…I have all the CALs and WIPs I had going in 2014 to finish and I want to start SO MANY. I am still wanting to work on the “Operation Toque” charity project that I came up with last year but I haven’t heard back from the military yet and I don’t want to start it until I get an answer from them. I might have to call someone at the base in town to get some answers. I also want to make a few afghans for donation but I know those will take forever to do. Unless I make it a square project for people to send in squares to me for it…hmmm maybe.

Well I hope everyone had a great holiday, I sure did! I got my hair done, read A LOT, and started my new cross stitch project. It was productive yet relaxing at the same time! I leave you with these pictures 🙂
